Debtor Education Classes for the Northern District of Texas

After you have filed a personal Chapter 7 or 13, you have to attend a “Debtor Education Class” in order to finish your bankruptcy.  The classes are online and easy to access.

You may attend any class approved by the U.S. Trustee at: https://www.justice.gov/ust/list-approved-providers-personal-financial-management-instructional-courses-debtor-education. The cost for the class will be about $15-30.

We will be happy to provide you with a list of a few providers so that you can successfully complete your course and your bankruptcy.
